MetroSales was born in 2015 from a simple but frustrating observation: sales teams were working harder than ever, but their tools were working against them. One platform for calls. Another for CRM. A third for WhatsApp. A fourth for email. No single view of the customer. No intelligence connecting it all.
Our founders — technologists and sales veterans with careers spanning Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups — set out to build the platform they wished had existed: a single, unified, AI-powered sales engagement engine where every channel, every lead and every conversation flows together.
Today, MetroSales powers 120+ businesses across India and the US — from Real Estate firms and EdTech companies to BFSI teams and automotive giants. We are headquartered in California, USA, operating under MetroGuild Inc.
